Premium IV St Barts Island Holidays
Premium IV was founded on the island St Barts in 2005 as the island's first dedicated concierge company, dealing with all the needs of people travelling to St Barts.
In 2009 we opened up our New York office, concentrating on holiday villa rentals solely on the one destination we know and love; St Barts.
Premium IV UK was founded in 2011, building on our knowledge of St Barts gained on the ground and on the experienced gained working with the vibrant American holiday market. We know the island inside out
St Barts Island is well known to the Americans, having been discovered by the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds in the 1950s and visited by Humphrey Bogart, Howard Hughes and Greta Garbo, it is has since been famous for being the playground for the rich and famous.
Open up the pages of a celebrity gossip magizine and you will see photos of the great, the good and the not so good enjoying themselves in St Barts, however many people assume it to be in Mediterranean, somewhere off the French Riviera.
It is in fact in the top right hand corner of the Caribbean arc, St Kitts is a neighbour and Anguilla a short hop away.
It's clear that St Barts island is less well know to the British; larger, more easily reachable Caribbean islands, with historic links, such as Barbados and Bermuda being more recognisable.
Beyond the beautiful warm weather, white sand beaches and cristal clear seas, St Barts is nothing like these islands.
The island of St Barts is French, 100% part of the French Republic with the class of St Tropez and Cannes combined with the down to earth culture of the rugged colonists who first came to the islands three hundred years ago.
Barefoot chic.
Eight square miles of tropical paradise and urbane sophistacation, You really have to go to St Barts to understand it.
A Caribbean island as you wouldn't expect it to be.
